Brett Ryan Stewart, Spellemann Nominated Producer

We at WireBird are THRILLED to announce the Spellemann Nomination of Hege Oversveen’s latest album Goodbye Yellow Roses, an album produced by Brett Ryan Stewart.

Taking the nomination for country album of the year in Norway, Goodbye Yellow Roses features a band full of Nashville notables including Bones Hillman (Midnight Oil) on bass, Steve Latanation (Agent Orange / Matthew Ryan) on drums, Mike Payne (Chris Tomlin) on guitar, and Randy Leago (Beach Boys) on horns, Jessie Brown, Brett Ryan Stewart, and Rosemary Fossee- BGVs. The album also included Norwegian Bukkehorn player Sissel Morken Gullord who notably played on the soundtrack to Disney’s Frozen.


The awards will be held on March 30, 2019.

the broken fits. are a married, alternative folk duo from the Tennessee Valley. They began writing songs together in July 2017 and started performing in venues all over the southeast in August 2017. 

Their debut EP, see you shine: an EP, was recorded in April 2018 with Brett Ryan Stewart at WireBird Productions.
